After the year, we all deserve a bit of a break and, in all honesty, it’s not what you eat in the week between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day that matters, but what we eat and do in the other 51 weeks.
With that in mind, we’ve come up with our usual selection of Elevated classic recipes this month, alongside a couple of dessert choices, one a little more indulgent than the other, so you can spoil yourselves a bit in the run up to the big day.
