If you’ve signed up to Elevated Food For Life, we’re super-excited that you’ve decided to join us. Over the coming weeks and months, we can’t wait to help you cook delicious recipes, teach you boss skills in the kitchen and give you a better understanding of how food and good nutrition can literally change your life for the better.
If you’ve not yet made the decision, please look around to see what we offer… just bear in mind that you will only be able to see most of our Premium Content such as our recipe videos and skills tips once you sign up. Remember, it’s free for the first 30 days so you have nothing to lose by giving us a try.
For those who have signed up, this page will give you an idea of how the site works and little things to look out for. Then once a month, we’ll drop an email into your inbox to let you know you have a host of new videos, tips and articles ready to enjoy. On a weekly basis we’ll also send you a quick email to let you know what we’ve been up to and remind you of some of the recipes in the back catalogue so you can continue to enjoy them.
All users get access to the I Am Elevated Community Facebook Group where we encourage you to introduce yourself, tell us about your interest in food and nutrition and join in with recipe sharing, lifestyle and fitness tips and more. We also add weekly extra recipes in and nutrition info in here. Although most of these recipes do not contain video instructions like our premium content.

Your Premium Recipes & Nutrition section
All visitors to the Elevated site get access to our Articles & News section, Premium membership unlocks the Recipes & Nutrition page, where you’ll find an ever-growing library of new recipes, tips, videos and articles to enjoy.
To access these you need to be logged in – you’ll know that you are as there will be an orange/red circle on the top right hand side of the screen with your initials in it.
These are searchable by the month/year of their publication, whether they are Brilliant Bases (see below), and by a number of other filters based on your personal nutrition preferences and meal types.
Please note that ‘Made with a Brilliant Base’ indicates the recipe uses one of our bases. Where possible, we always offer substitutes you can use in these recipes, they will just not be as Elevated.
Alongside our exciting recipes, we’ll introduce you to our Brilliant Bases. These are recipes for core sauces, stews, marinades and dressings that you can use as building blocks to create other recipes devised by us, and to be used as an inspiration for your own experimentation.
While these take a little longer to make (most of which, however, is leaving them to cook low ’n’ slow in a stockpot), they can then be used to create quick, easy and nutritious meals when you have less time.
We’d encourage you to make these in bulk on a day when you have a little more time – say a weekend. Then store them in the fridge in Kilner jars or similar, or portion up and store in the freezer – then you can take them out and use them as needed.

Skills tips and Masterclasses
Under the Skills Tips filter, you’ll unlock a number of simple videos to enhance your cooking skills. These are things Jason has picked up and learnt from working alongside some of the best chefs in the world such as Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsey and Michel Roux.
At the start of each month, we’ll send Premium subscribers a quick email to tell you all about the new recipes, tips, videos, interviews and other information that have just been uploaded to the site. This will allow you to grow your skills, recipe arsenal and nutrition knowledge on a month-by-month basis. Please make sure firstname.lastname@example.org is in your safe senders.
