About This Recipe
Here we have taken a Chinese restaurant/takeaway classic, elevated with our Bone Marrow Broth (you get extra points if you use turkey bones for this) and protein-packed turkey. With turkey high in sleep-inducing tryptophan, this is great as a pre-bed snack.
We’ve thickened the soup with corn flour to keep it gluten-free, and used organic sweetcorn straight from the freezer to add nutrient value, texture and taste to enhance the overall dish. Sweetcorn is a good source of B vitamins, vitamin C, essential fats and fibre. We’ve also given you a selection of aromatics, so you can bespoke this according to your own tastes.
