Crispy, flavoursome and simple to make, they’re a great way to make use of something that would normally go in the bin and turn it into a brilliant snack. Of course, you don’t have to make the pomme fondant to make these.

Method
Primarily we use the off cuts of our Pomme Fondant potato recipe to make these but you could just cut up some whole potatoes into small cubes and follow the same method.
Chop your leftover potatoes into roughly the same sized pieces from your pomme fondant
Toss in your Olive Oil & Elevated BBQ Rub. We suggest for each 100g (3.5oz) of potatoes you use 1tsp of olive oil and 1tsp of our Elevated BBQ rub (see video below).
Lay on a baking sheet
Roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes depending on size of pieces
