150g/5oz thin sliced red onions on the whole circle
30g/1oz apple cider vinegar
3tsp Grade
A maple syrup
1tsp sea salt crystals

Thinly slice the onions into rounds as per the video
Place in a bowl and dowse with the other ingredients, toss to cover
Cover with film or a plate
Leave for 15-20 mins until the onions start to become tender
Keep in an air-tight jar under the liquid and they will keep for weeks at room temperature
