Cooking from scratch will always beat anything store bought, especially when it comes to something as simple as these mini pizzas using our Elevated Quick Pizza Dough recipe and our BB Tomato Fondue, plus your choice of toppings - including our salsa verde!

Cooking from scratch will always beat the pants off anything store bought, especially when it comes to something as simple as pizzas using our Elevated quick dough recipe.
Case in point are these super-quick, bite-sized pizzas, great for little hands and a fabulous party food for young and old alike.
- Pre-heat the oven to 220C/430F (fan) or 240C/460F (convection)
- Make the dough according to the recipe (see link below)
- Lightly grease a 12-bun muffin pan
- Sprinkle a light mix of semolina and/or flour onto a work surface
- Roll out the dough thinly and use a pastry cutter or a small bowl to cut out circles large enough to enter one of the bun spaces on the muffin tin and raise halfway up its height
- Place a tablespoon of BB Tomato Fondue in each
- Add toppings such as stripped chicken, salsa verde or pepperoni
- Top with a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese
- Bake in the oven for 4 to 6 minutes Lift out a pie and tap the bottom to sense the dough is cooked through
- Allow to cool slightly and serve
