Ingredients
360g/12oz Elevated Quick Pizza Dough (see link below)
360g/12oz BB Tomato Fondue (see link below)
360g/12oz Mozzarella cheese
Your choice of toppings

Method
Pre-heat the oven to 220C/430F (fan) or 240C/460F (convection)
Make the dough according to the recipe (see link below)
Lightly grease a 12-bun muffin pan
Sprinkle a light mix of semolina and/or flour onto a work surface
Roll out the dough thinly and use a pastry cutter or a small bowl to cut out circles large enough to enter one of the bun spaces on the muffin tin and raise halfway up its height
Place a tablespoon of BB Tomato Fondue in each
Add toppings such as stripped chicken, salsa verde or pepperoni
Top with a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese
Bake in the oven for 4 to 6 minutes Lift out a pie and tap the bottom to sense the dough is cooked through
Allow to cool slightly and serve
