Well, it contains high amounts of vitamins A, K, B6 and C, as well as calcium, potassium, copper, and manganese. One cup also has just 7g of carbs and 33 kcals of energy, so it really is a weight-loss-friendly vegetable. *apologies for the sound quality in this video, it is filmed in a professional kitchen where equipment such as fridges and other staff members can be quite noisy
  1. Heat the mushroom water in a pan until it reduces by half
  2. Add the kale to the pan and slowly turn the kale to wilt
