Simple to make, more of a kitchen skill than a recipe, it contains Greek yoghurt, high in protein and gut-friendly bacteria, garlic with all its antioxidants, cucumber, and antioxidant-rich dill which over the years has been traditionally used to treat digestive issues, colic in infants, and bad breath.

Ingredients
500g/18oz Greek yoghurt
1/2 cucumber
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp of dried dill or mint
Sprinkle of sea salt
20g olive oil

Method
Deseed and grate the cucumber into a bowl as per the video
Add a little salt and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes
Squeeze out any excess water
Fine chop and grind the garlic (see the skills video below) or use a garlic press
Add the grated cucumber, the garlic and the dill to the yoghurt
Add the olive oil
Mix and leave to stand for around 10 minutes before serving
