About This Recipe

Looking for a quick boost of energy? We’ve got you covered with these simple, no-bake energy balls that are ready in a matter of minutes.

Packed with antioxidants from the high-value chocolate, good fats from the chia seeds and with a sweet tang from the prunes.  We find prunes to be severely underrated. They’re high in vitamin K so may be good for bone health, rich in fibre so good for heart health and high in protective plant compounds.

At the portion size we have here, they’re perfect for on-the-go goodness whether at the office or out on a run or cycle.
