We're on a mission to make healthy eating accessible, enjoyable, and impactful. We believe that you can get so much more out of your mealtimes to save you time, money and effort but still create nutritionally-dense, great tasting dishes. 

Our Story

After meeting at the school gates while picking up the kids, we quickly discovered a shared passion for nourishing our family in the best way possible. With Jason's experience as a professional chef and James' expertise as a Clinical Nutritionist, we found ourselves struggling to find a meal plan or protocol that truly met the nutritional needs we knew were essential for our families.

So, after countless hours of research and testing, Elevated was born.

 

We built Elevated on the foundation of nutritionally-dense, easy to make recipes complete with step-by-step videos to guide you along the way. We've paired this with our Kitchen Courses and Nutrition Guides, unlocking the secrets behind different foods and how to prepare them with confidence.

And the best part? All of this is available for under a tenner a month!

One of the ways we do this is by using Brilliant Bases. Brilliant Bases are designed to simplify your cooking process by preparing ready-made, nutrient-dense foundations that make weekday meals quicker and easier. 

​

These bases can be batch-cooked on weekends and stored to create a variety of nutritious dishes throughout the week.

 

Each Brilliant Base is packed with health-boosting ingredients and is versatile enough to be used across multiple recipes, from sauces to stocks to doughs.

Empowering Home Cooks

Every Elevated recipe includes a step-by-step video guide, walking you through each stage of the cooking process so you can truly understand how each dish should look, feel, smell, and taste.

And we take your culinary skills beyond recipes. Our Kitchen Skills Courses simplify essential techniques, helping you feel confident and in control in the kitchen. From setting up an organised kitchen and properly storing foods to mastering the basics of kitchen safety, we’re passionate about sharing the knowledge that builds confidence.

We also care about outside of the kitchen and in the supermarket too! Choosing the right ingredients at the right price is part of our Elevate Your Everyday learning too.

Serving Incredible Dishes

All this learning, instruction and preparation then help to deliver incredible tasting, nutritionally-dense dishes to your dinner table.

We have over 300 recipes to choose from covering breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, drinks, party cooking and Brilliant Bases too. In a range of cuisines for a range of servings and difficulty levels.

Many of our recipes are family-favourites that have been fortified with more nutrients and more flavour, to elevate every bite.
